Help Guides
My Account has five tabs: your login and security, your subscription and usage, your school plan, your language, privacy and data backups, and what's new in the app. This walkthrough follows the exact buttons you'll click in each.
Change your email (checked so it isn't already in use), or set a new password by entering your current one plus a new strong one.
Add an extra layer of security — once it's on, a one-time code is emailed to you at every sign-in.
See how many AI gradings you've used this month on the meter. Pick a plan, choose monthly or yearly billing and click Update Plan — upgrades apply straight away with prorated charges, downgrades wait for your next billing date.
The AI Assistant Connector lets an assistant you already use (like Claude) read your classes, timetable, gradebook and AI results, and keep your student list and calendar up to date. It's included in Pro and an add-on on Plus: tick it under Add-ons and press Update Plan. The first time, you confirm a short notice about sharing data with that assistant. Then Your connector link appears: copy it into your assistant's connector settings.
Keep the link as private as a passwordOn a monthly paid plan, Enable Summer Break Pause stops payments in July and August; a yearly plan already covers the summer. Turn on batch mode to have large grading jobs (20 papers or more) graded in the background — results can take up to 24 hours, and each paper counts as less than one call.
Scroll to the cancel section, click Cancel Subscription, optionally say why, and confirm. Paid features stay active until your billing period ends, then the account switches to Free automatically.
Click Start setting up, enter the School name and your colleagues' email addresses, one per line. The price updates as you go, and nothing is billed or sent until you pay by card or by invoice. Then every colleague gets an invite email; one click gives them a Pro seat. Your school sees only who has a seat and the bill — never anyone's classes, students or grades.
Change the app's language (the page reloads so everything switches at once), and set your own values for a low class average, missed sessions, missing grades and how many students to list in the Dashboard Alerts card.
The Privacy card has one switch, Allow advertising measurement. It only decides whether we may tell an advertising platform that you signed up; it never touches your students and changes nothing about how the app works. The card also says where your data is stored and how long scanned work is kept.
Click Export and choose a .context backup you can restore later, or a readable PDF of everything stored about you. To restore, drop a .context file into Import My Data.
Every update is listed newest first, in plain language. A small red dot next to your app version in the sidebar means there's something you haven't read yet — opening this tab clears it.
